Eliminating the gap between the desired and perceived brand image.
Created in 1986 near the city of Nantes, Ventilairsec has expertised in domestic air treatment. The company developed the genuine patented mechanical ventilation by insufflation; well-known under the French acronym and antonomasia ‘VMI’.
Three decades later, the market has drastically evolved, bringing a multitude of contemporary challenges. I was appointed to accompany Ventilairsec Group into the design of a new comprehensive strategy, able to reinforce the company’s know-how and leadership while preparing the brand to tomorrow's challenges.
